Treated as a game, Alarmy is a charming grab-bag of quick puzzles — photo hunts, math, memory and motion challenges — with genuine variety. There's real satisfaction in clearing its dismiss-tasks cleanly, and no two feel quite alike.
Its roots as a utility app show, and it's more novelty than deep game. But as a varied collection of quick brain-teasers, it's an entertaining curiosity with a useful side effect.
